They settled in a mountainous and pine-ridden land, unknown and feared originally by the Calradian inhabitants. The Vaegirs were pushed into the mountains by the Nords, their homelands destroyed. The Swadians are pious Orinites, and support the Elector Bishop, Vimonan, who is a vaegir by birth. Curaw is now independent, and the other cities have been moved to their 0.903 positions. Its lords are now Lords, Boyars and Counts. The Kingdom of Vaegirs has changed little from Native - it is still essentially the same faction, with the geography a little tweaked.

Best thing to do is use Swadian troops, who have heavy armour and can withstand a battering. Vaegir archers are also incredibly annoying as they fire a lot more frequently and a lot more accurately than Swadians or Rhodoks, so they take down troops like flies. However, many Vaegir troops carry axes or variants of axes (Such as the Voulge) and pack a massive punch, so en masse, Vaegirs are also quite hard to defeat. The Vaegirs aren't as favourable as the Swadians for heavy armour, and so are easier to take down. Thier leader is King Yaroglek, and thier claimant to the throne is Prince Valdym, the bastard. With a Russian basis, their armies are quite balanced between tough footmen, resonable knights, and very powerful archers which make them extremely hard to besiege. The Vaegirs, in green, occupy the Northwest of the map.
